2025 Compliance, Quality, and Credentialing Training Series

PACHC has partnered with RegLantern to offer members a six-session, virtual series focused on 2025 Compliance, Quality, and Credentialing Training Series. This training is geared towards quality improvement staff, clinicians, credentialing staff, and compliance staff. The topics covered will include clinical outcomes & the health center, Health Center Excellence Action Model, clinical HRSA program requirements, measuring outcomes, comparing outcomes, measuring the gap, determining the quality focus, improving outcomes, credentialing, and peer review. Registrants will have the option to either attend the full six session series or register for the two credentialing sessions in the series.  The six virtual sessions will take place from 12:00 – 1:30 pm on Aug. 1, 8, 15, & 22 (Health Center Quality 101 Series), and Sept. 5 & 12 (Credentialing Series).  View the full agenda or find more information on the series and the links to register are below.

Health Center Quality 101 Series
The first four sessions in this series, Health Center Quality 101, provides a structure and framework to guide health center quality teams in meeting the minimum HRSA Program Requirements and delivering high-value care that enhances efficiency, efficacy, and excellence in the health center environment.  Topics covered during these sessions include:

• Clinical Outcomes and the Health Center
• Health Center Excellence Action Model Clinical HRSA Program Requirements
• Measuring Outcomes
• Comparing Outcomes
• Measuring The Gap
• Determining The Quality Focus
• Improving Outcomes

The workshops will be virtual, yet highly interactive and engaging, allowing health center staff to bring their actual policies, procedures, and real-life scenarios to apply the teachings of the course throughout the workshop in virtual tabletop exercises.  The dates for the Health Center Quality 101 sessions are:

• Session 1: August 1, 2025 – 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM ET
• Session 2: August 8, 2025 – 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM ET
• Session 3: August 15, 2025 – 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM ET
• Session 4: August 22, 2025 – 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM ET

Credentialing Series
The second of these sessions will address peer review requirements as outlined by HRSA, followed by strategies for daily management and demonstrating compliance during OSVs. Participants will engage in virtual breakout groups to review and discuss peer review policies and processes, fostering practical understanding and readiness for HRSA compliance activities.

• Session 1-Credentialing and Privileging: September 5, 2025 – 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM ET
• Session 2-Peer Review: September 12, 2025 – 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM ET

Registration
Registration for the 2025 Compliance, Quality, and Credentialing Training Series is available to PACHC members only.  Attendees have two options for registration:

• Register for the full six session series including the four session Health Center Quality 101 Series and the two session Credentialing Series.
  • $150 per person for early bird pricing through July 18.
  • $175 per person for regular pricing beginning on July 19.
• Register for ONLY the two sessions in the Credentialing Series.
  • $75 per person for the two credentialing sessions only (note: if you are attending the full six session series, you do not need to register for the Credentialing Series as these sessions are already included in your registration).
