Join Us as an Exhibitor
Exhibiting at the 2026 PACHC Annual Conference and Clinical Summit offers a valuable opportunity to showcase your products, services, and innovations to Pennsylvania’s largest gathering of Community Health Center leaders, clinicians, and decision-makers. With more than 600 attendees representing nearly every health center organization across the Commonwealth, this event provides direct access to a highly engaged and influential audience.
Exhibit booths are available for $2,000 and include complimentary electricity, a choice of an 8-foot or 6-foot table with two chairs, and space for floor display banners. Each booth can be staffed by up to four representatives, with discounted conference registration available for booth staff. Exhibitors also receive breakfast and lunch on Wednesday, as well as light appetizers and refreshments during expo hours and networking evenings.
The expo takes place across dedicated hours on October 13 and 14, including an exclusive opening during the Tuesday evening happy hour and continued engagement opportunities throughout Wednesday. Exhibitors can also leverage tools such as the conference app and lead capture technology to connect with attendees and track engagement.
