Registration Now Open for the 2026 Annual Conference and Clinical Summit
With registration now open, we are excited to welcome you to the 2026 Annual Conference and Clinical Summit, taking place Tuesday, October 13 through Thursday, October 15, 2026, at the Lancaster Marriott at Penn Square. This year’s event features several important updates designed to streamline the attendee experience while continuing to deliver high-impact education, networking, and professional development opportunities.
Before registering or requesting overnight accommodation at the Lancaster Marriott, we strongly encourage you to review the conference agenda to ensure you can participate in as much of the event as possible. We also recommend reviewing the Conference Registration Process Overview to understand the registration pathways, attendee categories, meal selection requirements, and hotel room request process before beginning your registration. Please note that the conference will begin with morning educational sessions on Tuesday, October 13.
What’s New for 2026?
The 2026 Annual Conference and Clinical Summit will feature several important updates designed to enhance the attendee experience, streamline registration, and improve event logistics. Please review the information below carefully as you plan your participation.
Updated Conference Schedule
The conference has been consolidated into a two-and-a-half-day event. Educational programming will begin Tuesday morning and continue through Thursday at 12:45 p.m. Attendees are encouraged to review the agenda carefully and take the updated schedule into account when making travel and lodging arrangements.
Enhanced Registration Options
PACHC has introduced expanded registration options for 2026, including discounted full conference registration rates for members and new single-day attendance opportunities. Non-members will continue to have access to both full conference and single-day registration options, and exhibit booth staff remain eligible for a $100 discount on conference registration.

New Registration Platform
Conference registration has transitioned to Cvent. As a result of this new system, layered discounts can no longer be applied across multiple transactions. Group discount levels will be calculated based solely on the number of registrants included within the same transaction rather than across all registrations submitted by an organization. To maximize any applicable group discounts, organizations are strongly encouraged to complete all registrations at the same time.
Individuals attending the conference should register using the conference registration link. Conference presenters do not need to register through the standard registration process, as their registrations will be completed using the presenter information already provided. Annual Corporate Sponsors will receive access to a separate registration process through the exhibitor management portal, which ensures complimentary registration passes are applied appropriately.
Updated Hotel Reservation Process
Overnight accommodations at the Lancaster Marriott will now be managed through a rooming list process. Attendees who wish to request accommodations at the Lancaster Marriott should complete the online room request form.
PACHC Organizational Members, including FQHCs, FQHC Look-Alikes, and Rural Health Clinics, may submit up to six overnight room requests per organization. Room blocks have been allocated for various attendee groups, and assignments will be made on a first-come, first-served basis while rooms remain available.

Registration pricing for the 2026 Annual Conference & Clinical Summit is listed in the pricing options below. Rates are subject to change from year to year and are determined annually.
PACHC Member, FQHC, FQHC-LA Group Discounts
Full Conference Registration
- 1-5 Registrants: $600 per person
- 6-15 Registrants: $570 per person (5% discount)
- 16-25 Registrants: $540 per person (10% discount)
Single-Day Registration
- Tuesday-Only Pass: $350 per person
- Wednesday-Only Pass: $450 per person
Member pricing applies to Organizational Members (FQHCs, FQHC Look-Alikes, Rural Health Clinics, PACHC Partners, and annual Corporate Sponsors).
Non-Member Registration
Full Conference Registration
- Individual Registration: $1,100 per person
Single-Day Registration
- Tuesday-Only Registration: $600 per person
- Wednesday-Only Registration: $850 per person
Non-member registration does not include access to member-only events, including roundtable discussions and board meetings.
