Pennsylvania’s “community of Community Health Centers” leaders, healthcare providers and healthcare workers will gather for professional development, important conversations, memorable learning experiences, and inspiration.
Registration is now open for the 2024 Annual Conference and Clinical Summit being held on Oct. 8-10 at the Lancaster Marriott at Penn Square at 25 S Queen St, Lancaster, PA 17603. Our team has been working hard to make positive improvements to this year’s conference. If you are joining us as an attendee, you can expect some new items at the 2024 conference.
This year we will be offering a conference app where you can access session information, PowerPoint presentations, evaluations, exhibitor information and more. Additional app details will be sent to attendees closer to the conference.
We have also hired a videographer to capture the experience of our conference. You might see a camera crew throughout the conference and the crew may stop you to answer brief questions about the conference, health centers and PACHC membership.
We have partnered with an organization to offer a wider range of medical continuing education credits at this year’s conference. Please see below in the Continuing Education Credits section for more details.
2024 Conference Registration Pricing Structure (pricing is subject to change annually):
PACHC Member, FQHC, FQHC-LA Group Discounts
- 1 Registrant: $550
- 2 to 5 Registrants: $1,100
- 6 to 9 Registrants: $3,300
- 10 to 14 Registrants: $5,500
- 15 to 20 Registrants: $8,250
- Once you reach the bucket cap of 20 registrants, $750 will be charged for every five additional participants.
Non-Member Registration
- Full Conference Registration: $1,200 per registrant
- 1-Day Conference Registration: $650 per registrant

Continuing Education Credits
Pennsylvania Association of Community Health Centers is proud to partner with Moses/Weitzman Health System and its Weitzman Institute to provide continuing education for clinicians at the 2024 PACHC Annual Conference & Clinical Summit. The 2024 PACHC Annual Conference & Clinical Summit is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team. Additional CE credits are available for dental professionals, physician assistants/associates, psychologists, registered dietitians, and social workers. There will be a total of 12.75 continuing education credits available for eligible attendees. Instructions for claiming continuing education credits will be forthcoming. Overnight Room Accommodations
PACHC’s overnight room block at the Lancaster Marriott is sold out. There are overnight rooms still available at the Lancaster Marriott at their standard rate. Make your reservations at the Lancaster Marriott by booking online or calling 717-239-1600.
PACHC also recommends (but does not have a room block at) an alternative hotel that is a short 2-block walk to the Marriott. The Holiday Inn (formerly Hotel Lancaster) is located at 26 East Chestnut Street, Lancaster, PA. The hotel has rooms available at a starting rate of $155 per night.
