Community Health Centers is the largest network of primary healthcare providers in the Commonwealth and the nation. This network of health centers includes Community Health Centers (FQHCs and FQHC Look-Alikes), Rural Health Clinics and other safety net providers that care for more than 1,000,000 Pennsylvanians at more than 475 delivery sites in rural and urban communities across the Commonwealth.
