Save the date for Pennsylvania Association of Community Health Centers (PACHC) for our 2026 Annual Conference and Clinical Summit—where Pennsylvania’s vibrant “community of Community Health Centers” comes together for three days of connection, learning, and inspiration.
This signature event brings together health center leaders, clinicians, administrators, and advocates from across the state to explore emerging trends, share best practices, and strengthen the collective impact of community health centers.

We were so happy to see so many of you at the 2025 PACHC Annual Conference & Clinical Summit last week! Your participation made the event truly special. To help us continue improving, we’d love to hear your thoughts. Please check your email for a reminder to complete the post-event surveys, including those for educational sessions, APEX Awards, the expo and vendor experience, and the overall event. If you haven’t received the email or have questions, contact our Events & Communications Manager, Amanda Tekely. The app and website will remain available for 30 days to access and download session materials, connect with attendees, and share your feedback.
Claim Your Continuing Education Credits for the PACHC Conference
If you attended the 2025 PACHC Annual Conference and Clinical Summit, please remember additional action is needed to claim your continuing education credits. To claim your credits, follow these instructions:
- Create an account on the Weitzman Education Platform if you do not have one already. If you claimed credits last year, you already have a login. Reference How do I create an account? if needed.
- Visit the 2025 PACHC Annual Conference & Clinical Summit event site.
- Select the Register button to register for all conference sessions, regardless of your attendance.
- Then, in the table, select the links for each breakout session you attended.
- Within each activity, select the Continue tab to complete the session evaluation. You will need to complete a session evaluation for each breakout session you would like to claim credit for attending.
- After completing session evaluations and claiming credit for each session you attended, you can download an overall conference certificate appropriate to your credentials.

You must claim credit and download your certificate for the activity by April 25, 2026. For compliance reasons, the Weitzman Institute cannot modify this deadline. If you need any technical support, submit a ticket to Weitzman Institute Support Center. For any other questions, contact Katie Noss, Director of Clinical Operations. If you are interested in receiving Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) credits, please reach out to Dorian Benjamin, Talent Acquisition Specialist, and she can provide you with the necessary activity code.

- 10-14 People: $6,600
