What’s New in 2025?
We’re introducing a new Board Training Intensive Session on Tuesday, October 7, tailored for Community Health Center board members. To support participation, we’re offering a virtual registration option for this session—exclusively for PACHC member organizations.
Continuing Education
In support of improving patient care, the 2025 PACHC Annual Conference & Clinical Summit was planned and implemented by the Pennsylvania Association of Community Health Centers and Moses/Weitzman Health System and its Weitzman Institute and is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team. Additional CE credits are available for dentists, physician assistants/associates, psychologists, registered dietitians, and social workers. A total of 10.5 credits will be available. Like last year’s process, additional steps will be required to claim your credits. This information will be available in the conference app.

Full Conference Registration (pricing per group not per person)
- 1 Person: $550
- 2-5 People: $1,925
- 6-9 People: $4,125
- 10-14 People: $6,600
- 15-19 People: $9,350
- 20-24 People: $12,100
- 25-30 People: $14,850
Tuesday Board Training Session Only Virtual Registrant.

Non-Member Registration
- Full Conference Registration: $1,000 per registrant
- 1-Day Conference Registration: $650 per registrant
