PACHC launched a 340B Rebate Pilot campaign on Thursday morning asking EVERYONE to contact their Member of Congress and both U.S. Senators and ask for their support for legislation that would exempt FQHCs from the 340B Rebate Pilot that goes into effect on January 1, 2026. The 340B Rebate Pilot may be the most serious threat to health center funding in recent memory. Take action today!! This campaign was launched using a new advocacy tool called Quorum.
