Lancaster-based Union Community Care is excited to share a brand-new website. The website is designed to make it easier for patients to connect and partner with the health center. The new website: lists patient care services at the top to make it more convenient for patients to find what they’re looking for; has a redesigned locations page to make it easier to find and learn more about all of the services and the care teams at each of the FQHC’s 18 locations; includes a provider search function to support patients in finding a provider by focus of care, language, location and more; and adds a new page on health news, resources, and community events.
