On April 30, Sadler Health Center hosted An Evening to Smile, an event benefitting their pediatric dental program. Tooth decay is the most common childhood disease. It is five times more common than asthma and is almost entirely preventable with proper care. It affects 3 out of 5 children. Each year children lose valuable days of school due to issues with their teeth. In 2022, Sadler cared for almost 2,000 children with dental services. The cocktail event raised more than $37,000 for pediatric dental care.
