Primary Health Network (PHN), Pennsylvania’s largest Community Health Center, will open a newly renovated, permanent health center in Emlenton on June 2, as part of its ongoing efforts to expand access to care in rural communities. Following several months of providing interim care through its Mobile Health Unit, PHN will transition to a fixed-site location at 516 Main St, Emlenton, PA 16373—the former site of Emlenton Area Family Practice. The upgraded facility will offer comprehensive family medicine services, including primary care, minor sick visits, medication management and education, and telehealth options where appropriate.
