The next cohort of the PACHC Leadership Institute will launch in October 2026 and run through May 2027, offering an energizing eight-month experience for mid-level health center managers ready to strengthen their leadership skills. Participants will engage in two in-person sessions at the PACHC Annual Conference and the C-Suite & Policy Forum, six leadership-focused webinars, individualized coaching, and an applied leadership project presented in a TED Talk-style format. With an estimated commitment of 50–55 hours, the Institute is a powerful opportunity to build confidence, expand perspective, and grow as a leader.
