Working Smarter in FQHC Recruitment: Using Data, Process, and Simple Tools to Hire and Retain Primary Care Providers
Pennsylvania FQHCs and LALs are invited to join us for the complimentary webinar, Working Smarter in FQHC Recruitment: Using Data, Process, and Simple Tools to Hire and Retain Primary Care Providers being held on May 13 from 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm. This webinar, presented by Carey Goryl of the Association for Advancing Physician and Provider Recruitment (AAPPR) focuses on FQHC recruitment.
FQHC teams are recruiting mission-driven physicians, dentists, and behavioral health providers on razor-thin margins, with staff who wear multiple hats and rarely have time to come up for air. This session reframes data as a way to make your work lighter, not heavier. Using AAPPR’s national benchmarking research as a backdrop, we will show how even basic tracking of your own searches, timelines, and processes can help you recruit faster, set realistic expectations, and reduce rework and burnout. You will learn simple, FQHC-friendly ways to benchmark against yourself, spot bottlenecks, “sell” hard-to-fill roles more effectively, and use tools you already have, including AI, to stretch your time and budget. You do not need a big team or a big system to be more strategic; you need a clearer picture of what is working in your own organization and the courage to adjust what is not.
Note: Because this webinar is free and available to Pennsylvania FQHCs and LALs, your registration will be pending until eligibility is confirmed and your attendance is approved by a PACHC staff member. If you are eligible, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to “Join Webinar,” that link is good for the entire series.
