PACHC-Hosted NCQA PCMH Training

PACHC is hosting National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) Patient-Center Medical Home (PCMH) training on Feb. 21, 22, 23 and 24. The training will be virtual and is free to health centers. Please allow time to view course videos prior to taking the live virtual training in February. Introduction to PCMH Program and Advanced PCMH Program will be offered. To be eligible to sit for the NCQA PCMH Content Expert Certification, attendees must take both courses and complete all online videos. Registration is limited, so please sign-up ASAP.
