2026 Maternal Health Summit

From prenatal to postpartum, we’re committed to bettering maternal health in Pennsylvania. Join us on Monday, March 30 for our Maternal Health Summit at The Best Western Premier The Central Hotel & Conference Center (800 East Park Drive, Harrisburg, PA 17111).

Like many states, Pennsylvania faces significant maternal care deserts, particularly in rural communities. These deserts are areas where patients lack adequate access to hospitals with maternity units and to essential prenatal and postpartum care. Community health centers help to address these prenatal and postpartum care gaps, using an integrated team-based approach of primary care, CHW, dental, and behavioral health clinicians.

The PACHC Maternal Health Summit will help equip the full care team with the knowledge and confidence needed to support maternal patients across the continuum of care. Topic includes, the state maternal health strategic plan, best practices for addressing maternal substance use disorder, prenatal and postpartum care in primary and oral health care, and CHW in the maternal health space.
