Please join PACHC and the East Liberty Family Health Center (ELFHCC) team in welcoming Arsenial Runion to Pennsylvania. Arsenial is new to the commonwealth, but not to the community of Community Health Centers. Born and raised in Illinois, many of his formative years were spent in the Greater Kansas City Metropolitan area. Arsenial most recently served in leadership at Swope Health, a large federally qualified healthcare center serving more than 46,000 patients annually in Greater Kansas City Area. Arsenial brings this experience as well as multiple degrees in healthcare administration to his new role. He enjoys giving back to the community and is proud to be joining ELFHCC as Chief Executive Officer. PACHC would also like to extend a shout out and thank you to Dr. Greg Anderson, who stepped up and provided leadership as interim CEO for the past year, and who will resume his important clinical leadership and patient care roles at the health center.
