On Dec. 20, Congress passed a Continuing Resolution to continue funding the government through March. The new bill text is available here. As expected, it extends mandatory funding for CHCs, NHSC, and THCGME at the Republican levels from earlier this year through March 31. It also extends telehealth through March 31. Of note, the bill extends discretionary funding – including CHC discretionary funding – only until March 14. Congress removed the controversial debt ceiling provisions. We are in for a busy 2025.
